Every offence against the rules of the Forums may lead to a verbal warning or an official warning. This counts for offences against either the rules of sub-section, (if applicable) or the main rules as follows here. Futhermore and depending on the offence, bans gained on the boards may be extended to the Game and to IRC. |

1.1 Every User may register and use one account. Multiple registrations may lead to a ban on all of the accounts.
1.2 The Warning system for the board is as follows: 3 Verbal warns first, just as a fair reminder to read the rules. If you fail to listen then you will recive 3 official warns. After receiving three warnings an account may be banned up to 2 weeks and in extreme cases longer. Creating new board accounts in an attempt to get round the board system will be seen as a board multi and result in a permanent ban on all accounts. Accounts may be permanently banned if the user continues to break the rules after being unbanned. 1.3 In extreme cases a user may be banned indefinatly without pior warnings. 1.4 Editing a post after a warning was given (this includes removing or editing the warning) is against the rule and can lead to a ban. |

2.1 Posting contents or links to the following; pornographic, politically extremist, immoral and offensive material will instantly result in a permanent ban from the boards.
Futhermore, it is also not allowed to post CD keys, hacks, cracks or other things of illegal nature, including illegal download pages and "warez". Discussion and requests of such items will lead to an immediate warning. 2.2 The posting of contents which do not belong to the topic/relevant forum (Spam/Offtopic) are undesired and may lead to a warning. An exception of this is the Spamboard. This includes posts that only point out breaches of the rules, known as Backseat Modding. It is up to the board team to decide on the correct cause of action. 2.3 Scamming schemes and fraud is also forbidden. If you are trying to scam someone, and he/she reports it to board staff, you will receive an instant ban without warning. This rules apply for public posts AND for PMs (Private Messages). |

3.1 Images in signatures may not exceed the following measurements:
Height: 150 px Width: 500 px 150 kb Also you are limited to one image per signature. Futhermore the following terms apply to the signature section. Signatures must not have more than 3 lines of standard sized text. 3.2 Images may be attached or embedded within posts but they must not exceed the following sizes: Height: 400 px Width: 400 px and a file size of 150 kb each Moderators may remove any pictures deemed to be oversized at any time. No more than 5 pictures may be placed inside any single post. Staff may occasionally have larger sigs when it is deemed necessary in order to pass information to the users. |

4.1 Flaming, Trolling and offences against other users or staff and the use of inappropriate language will be met with warnings and ultimatly a ban.
4.2 The board team holds the right to censor threads that are inappropriate or contain information on banned content. 4.3 Creating new threads on a theme that was already closed is not allowed. If you wish to post in a closed thread contact the moderator who closed it to request the thread to be re-opened. 4.4 Account Trading is not allowed anywhere on the forum. 4.5 Advertisment and linking to other browsergames is not allowed anywhere on the boards. Links to games with the aim to count every visitor is also not allowed. 4.6 The Board language is English, and only English. 4.7 Requests to unban ingame accounts are not to be discussed anywhere on the forums. Please get in contact to the Game Operator who banned you via PM/email/IRC only . 4.8 Discussion of bans or warnings is not permitted in the public forums, this may result in further bans or warnings. Discuss these issues directly with the staff member involved or the next person up. 4.9 Spamming of emoticons and images is not allowed. Smilies are limited to 5 per post. Images or postings which are side exceeding (meaning that one has to scroll vertically or/and horizontally to read all) are not allowed. 4.10 All posts must contain a minimum of 3 words; Less words will be considered as spam and warned accordingly. Any forms of abreviations such as: ICU, BRB, LOL, ROFLMAO, will be considered one word. 4.11 If you feel warned unfairly, first PM the Mod who gave the warning. Then you may get in contact the Smod. In extreme cases you have the right to talk to a Board Admin. The Board Admins’ word is final. Follow the hierarchy, or you may find you will be ignored. 4.12 Impersonation of a Staff member (Name, Avatar, Signature) may lead to a warning or in extreme cases to a ban. 4.13 Posthunting (posting just to get a higher postcount) results in a warning or in extreme cases in a direct ban. Posting twice within the allowable time to re-edit the original post shall be considered Posthunting. 4.14 Users are not allowed to post for banned people. If you do so, it results in a warning for you. Only exception can be made for good-bye threads (with prior permission from an admin). The sharing of accounts with people who are banned from the board will also incur a ban for the account holder. 4.15 Double posting is ONLY allowed in the "clans" and "artistic impressions" sections, where you have to answer to your own thread. Double posting anywhere else will result in a warning. |
